All I want is a good/clean bed and good/clean bathroom. Well, this time i was extremely disappointed with the shower. The water would suddenly becomes scalding hot for 5 seconds and immediately turn ice cold for another 5 seconds. The following morning, upon check-out, I mentioned to the front desk clerk and he already knew of the issue. He even mentioned that maintenance was aware aand theey don't do anything. But, even knowing, they still rent thee room without mentioning to the guest. Staff were polite, but the check in process was very lengthy. The room was smaller than average and it didn’t even have a full bathroom, the sink was outside the bathroom door, on the entry hallway. The shower water wouldn’t stay warm, it would go from super hot to super cold non-stop. Contudo, o serviço do hotel é bem simples, sem qualquer amenidades e o pior: numa emergência eles não disponibilizam a venda, depois de quase duas horas de luta com a tele de uma farmácia, consegui comprar uma escova de dentes!
