Estadia normal, hotel novo, instalações compactas, sem muito espaço e nem conforto. Apropriado apenas para pernoite. O stress dá-se por conta da exigência de reserva da vaga de estacionamento. Mesmo fazendo o pedido de reserva, e reiterando o mesmo duas vezes, não houve resposta. Resultado: noite de chuva intensa, recepção lotada, após sete horas de estrada, o recepcionista - sem nenhuma empatia - exige que o veículo seja retirado do subsolo porque o hotel não fez confirmação da vaga!!

O hotel tem uma fachada bonita pois preserva uma construcao historica e isso e' louvavel. Deixa a desejar em termos de conforto pois achei o quarto quente demais (mesmo programando a temperatura para 17 grausC). Nao tem cafeteira e nem agua no quarto. Voce tem que comprar nas maquinas do lounge pois nao tem serviço de quarto.
