Hotel excelente e muito bem localizado. Limpeza, beleza e bom serviço ao hóspede. O único porém foi o ar condicionado do quarto, apesar de funcionar era extremamente barulhento, tornando-se impossível dormir. Um hotel deste nível deveria rever estes aparelhos para maior conforto dos hóspedes .

Gostei do hotel e sua estrutura. O único ponto negativo é encontrar a porta do hotel fechada e bloqueada, após meia noite, na segunda-feira, dia 5/8, visto que umas das comodidades é portaria 24 h. Fiquei correndo risco de vida. Tive que procurar uma campainha no estacionamento e, assim mesmo, com certo temor, tive que aguardar.

Gostei de um modo geral do hotel. Uma experiência negativa foi ao chegar no hotel numa segunda-feira, após meia noite, portas fechadas, sem ninguém na recepção, objetos bloqueando entradas, ficando bastante inseguro. Injustificável. Ao achar uma campainha, junto ao estacionamento, insensantemente foi tocada e assim mesmo tive que aguardar para entrar no hotel. Obs.: Meu filho que ficou hospedado.

Péssimo hotel

Sobre esse hotel comfort porto alegre: Acho que em toda minha vida eu nunca fiquei em um hotel tão ruim e tão amador como esse. 1- cheguei em uma sexta feira, cansado e hotel em reforma(totalmente compreensível) deitei e tentei descansar. Ai chega o sábado, e amanheço as 7:00 com um barulho infernal de obra. Liguei na recepção e a resposta q tive foi: infelizmente eles terão que continuar e o que posso fazer pelo senhor é tentar cancelar a obra de amanha (DOMINGO). Bom, o domingo se inicia e pasmem, as 7 da manhã obra. Se fosse um barulho qualquer, a gente relevava. Mas era coisa grandiosa. 2- cafe da manhã. kkkkkk é de assustar. 3- a rua movimentada 24horas e as ja els nao tem vedações nem contra o vento frio nem contra ruidos. Acreditem, vc passa a noite achando q esta dormindo na calçada da rua. 4- camareiras so limpam o quarto apos as 15:00 .. chegamos do almoço de domingo e tivemos q focar 45 min. Na recepção aguardando a camareira ir ate nosso quarto pra limpr. Por favor, acreditem em cada vírgula e optem por qualquer outro hotel.

Hotel mau administrado, o quarto disponibilizado estava com rachaduras nas paredes, infiltrações no banheiro, black-out da cortina com defeito, ar-condicionado com defeito, limpeza lastimável e todos os dias o cartão de acesso ao quarto não funcionava, fazendo eu ter que descer várias vezes na recepção para trocar. Mesmo reclamando os atendentes não fazem questão de ajudar.

è a segunda vez que utilizo os serviços de hospedagem do Hotel Comfort. O principal aspecto negativo é que você é cobrado, na recepção, antes de ingressar no aposento/apartamento, considero uma política muito antipática, pois o pagamento já estava assegurado, mediante a reserva (através do número de meu cartão de crédito). Visitas são cobradas para ingressar no Hotel, denotando uma total falta de hospitalidade. Acredito que não retornarei a utilizar os serviços oferecidos. Obrigado!
