"Lovely stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not mentioning names for privacy, a young man on duty on morning service on 12/13 Sep 2026 needs a special mention. So helpful and took personal interest everything during the stay was ok. Property is well furnished and feels homely. Our room was spacious and well appointed. "We had a terrible stay at the Poachers Inn, the rooms are at the back of the inn and up some stairs, so there is no direct access to the inside of the inn, Once given your room key there is no customer service and no contact with any staff on leaving, the room key is left in the door on checkout.
