"Great apartment, very spacious and clean with fabulous views of the sea. Comfortable beds and adequate facilities. Conveniently located for the harbour, shops and lovely coastal walks. We would recommend that the back door locks were replaced, as they were rusted and they could not be locked from the outside which would be much more convenient to access the beach below. "

"We have just left Newhaven after spending a lovely week in Cornwall. Newhaven and Porthleven are the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. We absolutely loved Porthleven. It’s got a perfect mix of atmosphere without being too busy. It had a lovely feel to it and out of all the wee towns and harbours we visited it was definitely our favourite. The house is situated perfectly with a lovely view over the harbour. The enclosed garden is perfect for
