Great location, staff were very nice, there was a strong smell of smoke and food in the room which may have been to do with vents. Felt safe when inside hotel as needed keycard to use lift etc

The hotel is being renovated, no lobby and top roof terrace which I did not like! However, the rooms were great and the staff were very friendly!! This made the difference !! We had to go for breakfast to restaurant next door the Bar anxoita and it was an excellent place for having lunch or dinner!! The area is great lot of shops , restaurants, attractions!! I can’t wait to go back to Barcelona and stay at this hotel when the renovation is complete, early next year!! Staff were really friendly!! If you can go to El Nacional, great culinary experience! There four or five places where you can it!!
