The Space: Situated in the heart of Poole Town and only minutes from Poole Quay! Sunrise is a 6th floor, two-bedroom apartment with views across Poole town towards the sea! Open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area benefits from a flatscreen 43 inch smart television. The apartment also benefits from a balcony with town views and harbour glimpses. The fully fitted kitchen area contains all modern appliances including a 4-burner gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has a 5ft Kingsize double bed. Second bedroom has twin beds (2x 3ft single beds). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Parking – No parking with the accommodation. Parking can be found in the Quay Visitors multi-storey car park (max height 1.90m / 6ft 2ins), next to Orchard Plaza - at guest expense.
