The much raved-about exterior dining experience on the balcony does not exist because it is covered in screws and other building debris. There's a note on the sliding glass door which states, "BALCONY OUT OF USE!" The unit had a pile of used towels on the floor in one of the closets. I opened the washing machine to do some laundry and saw a screw in it. Presumably, they rent the unit to the builders who are working on the complex. Underneath the television, there were two remotes; one had no batteries inside. I was going to make breakfast, but was disgusted by the condition of the frying pans. The windows are hard to open and close because the channels are full of debris.
