Situated on the first floor of a converted house. Entrance with stairs up to the first floor. Spacious open plan living / dining and kitchen area with feature windows and cosy recessed window seat all with stunning park lake views. Stylish and contemporary with period features throughout. Fully fitted kitchen including ceramic 4-burner hob and extractor, fan-assisted oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer machine. Master Bedroom (5ft kingsize double) with views over the rear gardens. Ensuite (walk-in shower, sink, toilet). Second bedroom (2x 2ft 6ins single beds of zip and link 5ft kingsize double) and further 3ft single bed. Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink, toilet and shaver point). Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Very clean and quiet, with a great walk around the lake and easy access to the coast-Poole Quay is a short walk from the apartment. From personal choice the addition of a coffee machine and a tv with freeview channels rather than apps would make this absolutely perfect. A great stay in a beautiful clean apartment. Kitchen is well equipped, sofa’s comfortable as is the beds. Lovely shower and good size bath. Situated in Poole Park which is beautiful and great for family and dog. Town, bus station and theatre is 5 to10 minute walk. Quay is 20 minute walk.
