It’s just a short walk to all amenities and to the lovely sandy beach with a café and water sports (charges apply on-site). • Features: o Luxurious and furnished to a very high standard. o Double glazed and centrally heated. o Small dogs are considered on request o The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a full range of cutlery and crockery. o The lounge/diner features free-standing furniture, a large flat-screen TV, a fire, and a dining table with chairs. o The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite toilet, a TV and a wardrobe. o Two additional bedrooms with twin beds and wardrobes. o Family bathroom room with shower toilet and basin. o Enclosed sun balcony with table and garden chairs. • Bedding and Linens: Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests must bring their bed linen, towels, and tea towels.
