Casa do Palheiro II is a traditional house from Madeira island, completely refurbished and exquisitely decorated to a high standard.

It has a bedroom with private bathroom, in the bedroom you can find two single beds, and access to a kitchen and a dining room in an open space concept.

In the balcony of the house you find some furniture where you can enjoy an excellent sunrise or even sunset with pleasant and relaxing sounds of nature that surrounds you like also sun and sea.

In the complex you have access to a swimming pool with sun loungers, cheerful gardens with fruit trees and aromatic herbs that are at your disposal.
We advise you to rent-a-car for the liberty of exploring the whole island having in mid that you do have the private parking lot of the property.

Around it you will find several restaurants, bars and access to the sea less than 1 minute; the nearest supermarket is 1.5km away.

The Quinta Briosa Complex is 45 minutes from the Airport, 30 minutes from Funchal, 20 minutes from the famous sandy beach of Calheta and its hotel zone and minutes from the centre and beach of Ponta do Sol.

We also wish to inform you that check-ins after 10.00p.m. have an extra cost of 20 euros meant to be paid in cash to the host at the arrival time.

Kleines gepflegtes Appartement in ruhiger Lage
Saubere, gut eingerichtet und ruhige Unterkunft. Sogar mit Meerblick. Schöne gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und großer Parkplatz. Kommunikation klappte auch sehr gut. Einziges Mango die Tür zum Bad/WC fehlt, ein Vorhang reicht nicht aus. Die qm von angegeben 50 sind auch etwas größer angegeben.
