"The young guy who checked us in at approximately 2pm on saturday 10th august is a credit to the hotel. Smartly dressed, courteous and very professional in his duties. The entire hotel is very clean and tidy and very tastefully decorated. "We chose this hotel because it was in walking distance from the Ferry. It was a nice place and well-kept. The staff was helpful. "What a beautiful old building. The room had a wonderful high ceiling and was tastefully decorated. We had a bath, not something you get in all hotels these days. The communal areas were luxurious.
