Staff are courteous and helpful and the hotel is a short few mins walk to south terminal (or to the shuttle to north) and with added advantage of being under cover all the way when it’s pouring with rain as it was this morning! "Everything about this hotel is 5 star, the room, the bar, the staff, the breakfast. They are in the process of some renovations as well so there are some 'tired' areas but it looks like they will be refreshed soon."

"Excellent location. A few minutes from the station and about 10 minutes from the seafront. Clean room, comfortable bed and good shower. Good buffet breakfast. Pre-booked is slightly cheaper. The staff were very helpful and the reception always seemed to be open! Parking is not too far away, not hotel-owned, it is expensive, but that’s Brighton!"
