"Really helpful staff, who showed us how to use public transportation in Bilbao. Also, the breakfast is delicious--much better than Holiday Inn in the US. And the free airport shuttle is a great perk."

"I loved this hotel. I got a superior room, which has a little sitting room for one right on the Paseo, near the river. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel location was excellent between the Calatrava bridge and the Guggenheim museum. The front desk staff was very helpful."

"The hotel is nice, welcoming, and clean. The air conditioning worked great and was a good respite from the heat. Breakfast was good but picked over if you weren’t there early. The sun deck is small but nice. Our only complaint was that the pool is in need of an overhaul. There were a lot of missing tiles and the stairs were unsafe. But, overall, it was a nice location."
