Top Plaza 66 Hotel Reviews

Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World

10/10 Excellent

"Family suite is a great sized accomodation and gave a real sense of space (apartment) rather than a hotel room. Staff were helpful and location was great, the only downside is this hotel is showing signs of ageing. Besides that would recommend!"

Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai

10/10 Excellent

"Well located, clean, amenities."

Swissotel Grand Shanghai

10/10 Excellent

"Breakfast was great. Location was fantastic. Friendly staff and clean rooms. This would be my go to in Shanghai."

Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are super helpful. We sure will stay here again when we visit Shanghai again!"

Crowne Plaza Shanghai Nanjing Road by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"I was here for a short business trip. While the interior design appeared alittle dated, the service level was exceptional. I absentmindedly left my watch in the room and had to make arrangements to retrieve it. The process was smooth and the response from GSM was fast. Thank you so much to all the staff and GSM I interacted with . Will definitely consider the hotel in my next visit."

The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai

8/10 Good

"Enjoyed the hotel. Location was ideal alot of high end shopping in the area and very beautiful part of Shanghai. Room was serviced spotless each day, and I appreciate cleaning even late in the day they came to clean it. When I first arrived and the young man at the concierge desk (Jayson?) was able to help me with an issue I was having and I really appreciate that. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Asia and took a star off for the following reasons. Front door staff seemed aloof and mostly uninterested in assisting guests either by opening the front doors or vehicle doors for guests. This is clearly a business hotel for international guests. WIFI was ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I lost count of how many people I heard complaining about it or their Whatsapp not working, or can't get into email, etc etc. I have to log into work each day, if I can't access my VPN I cant log into work my log in would be immediately frozen if a IP address from China showed. Im lucky I had an Esim and data plan was able to work around the issue, I fear many others won't be as fortunate. Overall I would stay again."

The Kunlun Jing An

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room every day and very friendly staff"

The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent service and staff."
