Villa near the sea with private heated pool, parking, terrace and barbecue.

"Lovely well kept villa owned by Vicente who was an absolute gentleman. Answered calls quickly with any queries we had.Vicentes pride was obviously the pool and he came around to test the water and clean it every 4 days ,kept at a nice temperature which was just right.Adequately equipped slight issues were no cushions on sunbeds and towels/cutlery could probably do with an upgrade.Was unhappy with taxi transfer to villa came up in conversation with Vicente who offered to do it for us at cheaper rate(gave him more than taxi cost).Not in Lanzarote next year but would definitely return.Vicente really is the perfect host !"

Atendió lo que le solicitamos rápidamente. La cocina está recién reformada lo que la hace muy cómoda y amplia. La limpieza De la Villa es impecable. Esperamos volver a disfrutar otra estancia en el alojamiento de Chris."

"We stayed at this villa for a week in August and have had an absolutely wonderful holiday. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is really well equipped, with plenty of pans, utensils and all the essentials.The location is lovely; quiet and peaceful, but within easy walking distance of everything you may need. The seafront / promenade are a 5 minutes away, with a beachfront restaurant. There are also restaurants, a couple of bars and a HiperDino Express all within a 10-minute walk. Playa Blanca is only around a 10-minute drive away.One of our concerns before coming was that the villa doesn’t have air con , especially staying in August, but we honestly didn’t find this to be an issue. There are ceiling fans, and if the villa was warm when we came back in the evening, opening the doors created a breeze through the villa and cooled it down quickly.The pool was well maintained, with the pool man coming twice during our stay. There were also buckets, spades and other outdoor toys, which were a lovely extra.We travelled with our daughter, who is a wheelchair user. The villa is wheelchair accessible, although there is a small lip from the doors out to the pool area which is worth being aware of if you are travelling with a wheelchair. Pool is ladder access, but we could sit our daughter on the side and lift her into the pool ourselves. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely return. Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday."

"We had 5 adults and 4 children stay and the villa was perfect. Very clean and spacious with a lovely pool area. The hosts were incredible and replied straight away to any questions. Would definitely stay again."

"Dans l'ensemble la maison est moderne, propre et le personnel est très réactif. Nous avons eu un soucis avec la climatisation d'une chambre qui n'a pas pu se r égler pendant notre séjour mais le personnel à été très à l'écoute. Sur les photos la maison paraissait plus grande dans l'ensemble. Certaines chambres sont petites et la piscine pas très profonde. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour,"
