Llegamos a las 3pm y esa agua estaba de nevera, así q no pudimos usarla, pero ya que pagué obviamente porq tenía picina privada, al otro dia la usamos así d congelada, como 20 mins. porq de verdad estaba fría y hacía mucho viento, pero por lo demás, super bien. "Property is beautiful, it has a hot jacuzzi, a regular size pool and a smaller pool for children. There is a bar next to the pool that serves simple drinks like a rum and coke. There is also a Thai restaurant that I did not have dinner in but I did see many people sit and they seemed to be enjoying the food. The lighting on the property at night is excellent and makes a person feel safe. The rooms have clean towels, toiletries, only thing I missed was a lotion as part of the toiletries. It was quiet (no people making noise) at night during the hours I slept. The staff is kind and friendly. There is a gentleman that has been working on the property with his wife and they are very accommodating. Also, Gabriela who works the reception desk and I thought naught be a manager was also very friendly and informative. My room came with a bottle of wine which she allowed me to choose from the wines she had available. The hotel is about a 8 min car ride to town where there are many restaurants, bars, a bakery, cafe, pharmacy, gas stations, and large supermarket. "
