Absolutely awesome condo with a wonderful location! The building is only a couple blocks from 5th Ave and a short walk to the beach. The condo itself is very modern, spacious, clean, and looks brand new. The building has 2 beautiful pools, including one on the rooftop, and an exercise room. There are bars and restaurants galore in the area. It's so close to all of the action, yet no noise keeping us up at night.
