THIS UNIQUE PLACE, has everything to offer! close to the 5th avenue and the beach but in a quiet zone very apreciated when you want to relax. Awesome amenities (seaview pool, 360° two floors rooftop, indoor and outdoor highspeed places to woork with the laptop, security, elevator, bar! Also the unit itself is super luminous and confortable for long stay rents (big kitchen and fridge), big private balcony with black outs for privacy.
