The communication before we arrived was excellent with regards to the paperwork needed and any questions we had. Magdalena was very friendly and responded straight away in most cases. We appreciated the owner showing us where to find ripe grapefruits on the property! The staff with Mallorca Born properties were friendly and attentive to all of our needs. Only missing in info from website/owners is that the air conditioner is only on 21 o’clock to 6 in the morning and you need to pay extra. And only one fan in the house. Good to know if you are sensitive to heat waves!"
