About this property

Great location! Easy beach access! Sleeps 12

  • These beautiful three story condos are designed as vacation rentals to comfortably accommodate 10-12 guests. Can accommodate large groups up to 22 people if our 392 Franklin and 394 Franklin condos are both rented. Please see listing #2220679 for details regarding our 394 Franklin condo.
    Ground Floor: 1 enclosed car garage, large open bedroom with a full bathroom, washer/dryer
    Second Floor: Living room, fireplace, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom.
    Third floor: Two bedrooms with one full bathroom.

    Our 392 Franklin condo has beautiful ocean view balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Convenient beach access right down the street and a beautiful and comfortable walk to downtown Pismo and pier.
    The pictures shown are to give a general idea of the interiors of our condos. Due to upgrades or other changes, the current furnishings/layout may not be exactly as shown.
