We are very sorry your stay here was not as good as the last time.. I definitely apologize for the lobby not being ready for breakfast the last day of your stay due to unforeseen circumstances. and if the check in process was negative, we usually have pretty positive staff members. We don't get a lot of negative reviews like this, so we definitely will be addressing these issues. we try to keep the electric bill lower in the winter time (slow season) so we don't keep the heaters on in the rooms. we leave that up to the guests to turn on upon arrival. we have had problems with blow dryers going missing and being broken, so we provide them when a guest asks for them. just in case you need one if you decide to use our motel in the future, which we hope you do. We also have been giving our customers more space since COVID so if your room ever needs so extra attention, please let us know. A lot has changed with personal space, housekeeping going into occupied rooms and motels. We apologize again for have a off week at the Motel. We highly regard constructive critic's from our guests. but I am unsure if you had the right motel in your review. it states that the room did not have a microwave or mini fridge, but all of the 19 rooms that are on our property do include these items and all do in fact have them in their rooms. But we do apologize if the carpet seemed unclean. we have had them professional cleaned but it is a busy little motel. We appreciate all of our customers for choosing this locally owned and operated establishment.

We are sorry you had such a traumatic 12 hour experience at our little motel, we always encourage CONSTRUCTIVE criticisms from our guests, and always welcome requests for rooms with bigger floor plans and bathroom spaces, depending on the rooms availability, we try to remind guests it is an older structure and we defiantly try to work with the spaces we are given, but we always accommodate the guests that come speak to us directly when they check in if the room is not up to their expectations. Its hard to remedy the situation from online reviews meant to tear the establishment down instead of positively correct the situation.
