A problem with the room assignment. They put us in a room that had the heater in the process of being repaired. The temperature was ice cold. The cover was off the heater. Was then transferred to a room that the key would not work in the door. It was a room for people with pets. Thankful that the key did not work with this room. When we finally got our room and settled in, everything was fine.

Very nice hotel, beds not comfortable as is most hotels ha, but very clean and good atmosphere, breakfast was good, didn’t get to stay long enough to use the pool and hot tub, maybe next time 😃

On the first floor and literally heard people walking above us all night long. Sink was broken and clogged - gross. Wasn’t even going to try the shower. Fridge smelled and did not keep things cold - probably would have thrown it away anyway based on the yucky smell but still would have liked the choice. Bed was ok but definitely not comfortable. Still haven’t heard from the staff who was supposed to follow up about a refund. Will not stay here again and not worth the $160.

Unique? We were visited by a bull moose who entertained us for some time one evening. That doesn't happen at just any hotel/motel. Only in Pinedale at the Best Western. What a special evening!!

Great place to stay in Pinedale
We have stayed here multiple times, because its always clean, it has a heated pool and hot tub, and it is only 1 of 3 motels in Pinedale that allow dogs. Our room this stay was immaculately clean! It was comfy and spacious. It was also quiet and I know there were also several guests staying at the time. Apon arrival we received a welcome gift bag with a hand written note inside thanking us for being return customers. That was a nice touch. Also, unlike other motels who are now days charging $3 for a bottle of water, they have free bottled water in the lobby!

I am fine with 'basic' accommodations but this hotel room stank of harsh chemicals, probably to cover up the old, musty smell of the ancient carpet and furnishings. We were put in the 'back' building which felt like a refurbished prison. The only good thing about our five minute stay was the helpful and efficient front desk person who didn't seem at all surprised that we left,

I should of read better but no elevator. They put us in a building way to the back. The stairs were very dirty. The room never completely cooled off. The door to the outside off stairs were left open. With some children in our group I found that unsafe. We went to breakfast & even though they watched us trying to get food nothing was filled...

We booked and prepaid for 2 nights 10-12 June. On our second day we couldn’t get into our room and were told that we had only booked for one night. We then had to check in all over again for another night, taking up time and causing concern because we didn’t want to be charged again when we had already paid. When we checked out on the 12th we were told there was no record of our booking at all, including the previous day’s tedious rechecking in. This is most unsatisfactory and had caused annoyance and anxiety unnecessarily. One reason for booking this hotel was the indoor pool and spa which we enjoy after a day’s hiking. We were very disappointed to discover that both were out of action during our stay. We were told this had been put on the hotel website but we never saw any notification on the site that this facility was closed. The staff were pleasant enough but there have obviously been problems with our booking and with the hotel website as you can see.

It was pet and family friendly really clean the pool was great. But the Saturday and Sunday breakfast was the best!! Way better than a continental.

Nice place to stay while in the area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms was very comfortable. We tended to sleep in. Walking distance to park, Brewery, and downtown. Parking lot was almost full each night, but we did not hear a peep from any of the other guests. We enjoyed all the lakes, mountains, and hiking trails in the area. We will return.
