A special thank you to Maria at VIP check-in, who welcomed us so warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. She took the time to explain the hotel, its facilities, and all the amenities to us, and her friendliness and genuine hospitality really stood out. We truly appreciated her exceptional service. The hotel also arranged a lovely welcome surprise for my best friend for the bachelorette, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the occasion even more special!! It genuinely exceeded my expectations and made the occasion feel even more special. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the room and amenities were excellent. The breakfast was absolutely incredible — I have honestly never seen such an extensive breakfast buffet! There were so many options, and the quality of the food was excellent. We also loved the comfortable sunbeds right by the beach. Overall, we truly appreciated every aspect of our stay. The combination of the beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, wonderful food, and especially the warm and attentive service made this a unique and memorable experience for us. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, especially for a special occasion. They really helped make our celebration unforgettable!"

Would have loved a gesture for my birthday, but nothing was given, which I feel would have been acknowledged in most other hotels. However overall a great hotel."
