Another excellent stay, this time was upgraded to a balcony! Nice large room with all the facilities, the fridge temp is a bit too high and I couldn't find a way to adjust. Good to have a proper bath rather then just a shower! Also very qouet despite being street-side, thick curtains help keep the noise out. The two disappointing things are the jacuzzi (bubble bath) was closed, and that an extra payment would be required anyway, and that the downstairs bar in the lounge is closed/unused, which would be a great feature.

The hotel is very convenient to Ibiza town but the property is dated and the carpet in the hallway to the rooms definitely needs replacing. Overall, the aircon worked well and the room size is generous. Staff are nice and courteous and if you were looking for something right in the town that you can walk to everything, this place will work.

Wonderfully clean hotel with good amenities and ideally situated 5-10 minute walk to the old town. Had a beautiful view from the balcony and the roof top pool was a bonus with stunning views of the old town. Staff were so helpful, polite and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Staff is so nice and helpful with great English. The pool and rooftop are really nice. The gym is too small and have the equipment is broken. The beds are so uncomfortable, you can tell they are old and need replacement. Or at least a mattress topper for comfort, you can feel the springs through the bed. No body lotion or hair conditioner. But other than that, great location to walk everywhere and easy taxi service with the hotel.

I’ve stayed at the Royal Plaza several times and it’s always very good. The room we had was spacious, with a good size balcony and very clean, plus the bathroom is big with space to put your toiletries. The only thing is, there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room The hotel is in a quiet area, but it’s only a short walk to the main town, with shops, restaurants and bars, plus the harbour is close by too.

This is our second consecutive year staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We especially loved the spacious, comfortable room with a breezy balcony view. Convenient access to tourist spots and nearby villages. Highly recommended.
