Other than the heater being out & no grill it was great, Ben went above & beyond to make us comfortable!

Stayed one day out of five. Went and found a motel. Very disappointed. No extra sheets, We have stayed in VRBO places for the last six years. Never expected this No water pressure, Not on the water like expected. Just an all around disappointment. Please put me in for a refund! At least a partial refund!
