Golf View #3212 is located within the Golf View Resort, which is conveniently less than a mile from the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge and right next to the Gatlinburg Golf Course.

This condo comfortably sleeps six people with its two bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, two bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll appreciate the spacious open living area with an electric fireplace and comfortable seating.

Located on the third floor, Unit #3212 offers a pleasant golf course view from the outdoor porch. You can even hear the Dollywood train from the resort! The Golf View Resort also provides both an indoor and an outdoor seasonal pool, an outdoor hot tub and sauna, and a community grilling area for guests.

Location and Layout

We have stayed at Golf View multiple times now. We like the convenience of the location to everything on the strip. The condo is decorated well and was very clean.The layout is such that the bedrooms are separated from the common area by a hall which makes it better for us. We will be back.

Great condo close to everything!

We ended up having to change our Fall Break plans at the last minute because of a hurricane impacting the area we were going so we booked this at the last minute to come to the Pigeon Forge area. The condo was clean and in a great location, close to everything but in a quiet area. We had a great stay!

Pigeon Forge summer fun

We had a great trip to Pigeon Forge and a big part was this condo. It is a great location - short drive to all the attractions, restaurants, shopping yet the condo is quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Will come back again.

Fall Vacation

Everything was great the only thing I would change there was enough towels for one day of baths so if for some reason you had to take two baths you had to wash them before you could there should be enough for two days. We washed everyday my wife said she washed more laundry on vacation than being at home all week.

Fantastic unit and so close to Dollywood! Manager was so nice to move our dates since my son had Covid last fall the day before we were checking in. So loved to this past weekend and the weather was perfect! Thanks again for everything!

This property was great. Easy access to the strip in Pigeon Forge. Only downside was TV in 2nd bedroom didnt have access to cable to watch tv.

Get the insurance

Relatives went instead of us because we were in a serious car accident. Facility would not allow us to change dates - they sited the insurance and suggested we purchase it next time. Family loved the area. Condo was 49* and took time to warm up. The beds were hard as rocks.. other than that they had a blast.

Great spot!

This was a great fine find for our family. Full kitchen, washer & dryer, private balcony, peaceful view. Thought we would have been annoyed driving down to the pool. We couls have walked it but the drive wasnt that bad at all. Great view of Dollywood's fireworks, too!

The condo was clean which is 💯 important to us! Just a few things to guests, the master bath drains very slow and the master bed is very firm! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
