Guided to a range of dining options in Picton, which was appreciated. The room was spacious, with a view over their abundant garden. Separate kitchenette area off the bedroom. Goodies included delicious grapes, plunger coffee and a good selection of teas. Lots of interesting little items throughout the room. Super comfortable bed, good quality linen. Large bathroom space. It was warm when we were there and our room was not air conditioned nor was there a fan so it was uncomfortable at night. The house was wonderful, the room was wonderful, the area was wonderful. A three course breakfast in the morning was tasty, and two old and cute dogs top off the house environment very nicely. Margaret is a chef and so she enjoys making a three course breakfast each morning, it was amazing. Loved the warm pastries. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom is big, lots and los of towels. They have an interesting bookshelf at the disposition of the guests, interesting to browse and for a quick read if you have the time. The location is not far from the center of the town, 5 min walk.
