I never saw any staff so can't comment on that, kitchen facilities seemed good and communal areas were nice room was pretty basic but clean. Shared coed toilets and showers were pretty unpleasant, broken toilet seats etc. I've given a pretty low rating because i did not feel safe here as a solo female. It appears to be used as homeless accommodation and there are a few men staying there long term- there was a man sitting outside my room all the time. I was scared to leave my room to use the coed bathroom at night and actually ended up having nightmares about it. Don't recommend to solo female travellers it's a bit too scary. There is no one ever at reception."
