"Convenient spot at Picnic Bay 200 metre walk to cafes, pub , beach and playground . Much less busy than Horseshoe bay which we loved . Great walk up the mountain for sunset. Not too hard we did it with pre schooler . Classic beach house high ceilings tiled floor well equiped kitchen with some extras like salt pepper glad wrap and some spices well appreciated . Fans and air con not needed as June was lovely days 27 and cooler nights . However no fly screens so we couldn’t leave windows open . No mozzies but geckos and other night creatures ( wallabies in the lawn !) very exciting . Beds were not super comfortable fairly firm so a few toppers would be great . Otherwise really enjoyable and big enough for our family with 5 bedrooms ."

"Was clam and clean, great access to the rest of Picnic bay we didn’t need to drive much just walked everywhere. The house was set up for family’s and or groups as there was many sitting areas, quiet areas and outside areas for everyone. "
