"Great stay, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, excellent buffet breakfast included. Quiet and safe area, close to the main square with several restaurants, a convenience store, and a pharmacy nearby. Just a four-minute drive from the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum. I highly recommend it."
"Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice."
"Nice staff. A lot of the ammenities were downstairs in basement and seemed like they were closed so couldn’t access any of it. AC in the room didn’t work brought it up to staff but didn’t get fixed"
"Staff at the front desk were really helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. Was really happy with the whole experience of staying here and would stay here again."
