I am so glad I chose this hotel to stay in with my family. It was absolutely beautiful and only about a fifteen-minute drive to the Auschwitz Memorial site(s). The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. My ONLY criticisms are: the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, there is no ATM on-site, and no vending machines with little snacks or drinks. When we found ourselves needing money or snacks, we had to drive to a nearby convenience store.

The hotel was beautiful. The restaurants on site had amazing food. The breakfast was amazing as well! The problem was the spa. One of the things we booked was a couples massage in the spa and it was the worst experience I have ever had in a spa The date we arrived, my husband and I went down to the spa and booked a couples massage in person. The next day, we walked in and told the front desk attendant we were here for our massage. She then gave us towels and no directions other than where the locker rooms were. After about 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby for the massage in towels, we decided to ask about our massage. The front desk worker told us we didn’t have an appointment. After some time she realized she wrote down the wrong room number. We then were lead into the massage room. My husband and I laid down on the tables and the massages began. The massage therapists talked in Balinese to each other the entire time and did not give us a full hour massage. During the massage, the spa was so loud that we could hear the other guests in the massage room. When we were moved to the quiet room to enjoy our tea, the other guests were in there talking loudly. At this point my husband and I have not been able to completely relax. We drank our tea in the very loud quiet room and decided to try the Sauna. At this point the other guests in the spa we’re running around being very loud. They were so loud that we ended up leaving. Not relaxing at all that point

Excellent hotel, definitely recommend
Really lovely hotel. I had a single room which was exactly as per photos and perfect for my requirements. Only issue was calcified shower head in desperate need of a clean, rendering shower not very good. Breakfast was fantastic with great selection and excellent quality. Free use of spa facilities during stay was a real bonus following long day out. Car parking was tricky on Friday & Saturday, but ok at other times. Restaurant served excellent food (we ate there 2 of 3 nights) with good selection of Polish and Italian cuisine. Beer & vodka selection also good and reasonable prices.
