"Breakfast was extra but worth it; staff was very attentive; shower drain was clogged at our arrival but staff took care off it within a day; hallway carpet and room fixtures looked worn and dated, but room was otherwise nice and the view of the city was great; very helpful onsite tour scheduling; odd loud clicking and scratching above our room a couple of nights, but it was thankfully brief and we never found out what it was. Smooth, early check in—high five, we’d just flown halfway across the globe and were six hours early, we didn’t ask, they just said our room was ready(!)—and seamless checkout with assistance with sightseeing and transfer to next location; all staff exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. Rooms thoughtfully appointed and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast add on was perfect. Small, boutique hotel in perfect location for Sunday night market, shopping, massage. Exceptional value."
