"The room was very small only big enough for a bed, no seating area. The staff was gruff at check-in and out. I arrived back late the night before and brought a cup of tea to my room. "I accidentally booked the wrong room type that unfortunatelly had no easy wheelchair access hotel staff warned me about it saying that to get into t6e bathroom requires a bit of walkinwith a step over a small threshold. I thought I can handle an we checked in walking into the bathroom wasn’t that big of an issue but neither the shower or the toilet had grab bars which made using these facilities very challenging for me. It’s totally my fault fit not investigating it more before accepting the rom.otherwize it is a great hotel and the rooms are spacious andwell appointed with a very comfortable bed.we stayed at this hotel multiple times before and had a properly equipped wheelchair accessible room. I eould recommend this hotel to other as it is actually very nice and I will book to stay there again in the future."

"The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. "
