The property was beautiful, the staff were lovely, the location ideal for seeing the sights of PT and the breakfast was perfect for us. Cereal, toast, fruit and eggs made to order. We had a room at the front and enjoyed watching the chaos down on the street especially since we were there for the Sunday night market (which was a lot of fun). Yes the bar across the street had music but we shut the double doors around 11 and fell asleep without any issues. Centrally located in Old Town Phuket made it easy to see all the sites. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Unfortunately, they had some kind of a problem where there was no hot water for 2 days and there was excessive construction noise to fix the problem. We also had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, but they were kind enough to move us to another room so that we didn't have to be there while they were fixing the ceiling. Overall, I would have gave them a four, but due to the fact they did not tell us that we would have no hot water for 2 days I had to give a three. If everything was up and running and fully functional, I would have gave them five stars.
