The hotel said front desk open until 10pm. I was arriving at 8pm and when I landed in Phuket, i received a message from the hotel front desk closes at 7pm. I texted the hotel on expedia with no response and called me at the phone number listed on both expedia and google and both nunbers discontinued. I was very stressed about checking in. In the end, they were waiting for me but having the info for the hotel on expedia and google would have helped. The room was spacious, clean and very well maintained. If you do not need the room to be made up, please avoid asking for it just because it is available. There is no food option available but it is not a negative factor as cafes and restaurants are everywhere, including one across from the hotel. The owner has given the property a brilliant retro look.
