Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this second-story condo. The location is terrific and right across the street from a very nice fashion mall. Unit was clean and well laid out. Water pressure was great and HVAC worked well. Nice furnishings and a comfortable bed! Highly recommend as a terrific value in Scottsdale!

Great place and great location
Came here to watch a friend who was in a men’s senior baseball tournament. Nice little vacation for me, close to the waterfront, close to very nice upscale stores. What more could you ask clean and tidy

Great place in the middle of EVERYTHING!
Ken, your place was a wonderful break from our daily lives. We enjoyed being close to literally everything. Anyone staying here be sure to try Ingo's, La Grande Orange, Vecina and Rehab Burger. Place was very convenient, close to pool and laundry. Quiet area with so much to do. We ran into a few little issues with the WiFi and Ken was very helpful and readily available. Thanks again for a great place to stay where we didn't feel like we had to break the bank! Very affordable. We will be back!!!

THE BEST STAY IN ARIZONA EVER!!
My wife and I had an amazing time at Ken's condo. The location is 2nd to none. Across the street from the best shopping in all of Arizona and walking distance to Old Town. The unit was nicely appointed and extremely quiet. Everyone was friendly and the pools were heated and a stones throw from our condo. In addition, Ken could not have been any nicer. When you add everything up staying at this unit was one of the best decisions we ever made!

Scottsdale Condo Stay
It was our second stay at this property. We have gone down to Scottsdale the last two year to participate in the MSBL World Series Tournament. It was everything we needed. Centrally located, clean, safe and quiet. It is much more comfortable and roomier than staying in a hotel room for 10 days. We hope to return again next year for our third stay. Owners Ken and Carol have a great place and respond quickly to questions and needs. Highly recomened this Condo to others.

This was a combined visit to see my grandchild just turned one and to spend our annual "sister week" with my sister. The place was as represented in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Since we spent most of our time visiting we did not do any cooking. However the kitchen was well maintained and appeared to be well stocked.

Loved our extended stay at this condo, everything was close but also fairly quiet and in a quaint location. The unit has everything you might need as well as a lovely small balcony and one large bedroom. Lots of pools to use and BBQ's on the property and host Ken bent over backwards to make our extended stay a great one. thanks Wayne & Carole

PARADISE
It was our first stay in Scottsdale and it made a great first impression on us. The condo is on the edge of Old Town Scottsdale and offer everything you might need and is a good size with a huge single bedroom. Four pools and lots of BBQ's to choose from in the complex as well as shopping that is in walking distance - just across the street. Our host Ken has bent over backwards to ensure our holiday happiness! Wayne & Carole

The condo was perfect for our stay of 9 days. Was clean, quiet, and we felt safe. the only down side was the pool was cold and the laundry facilities were a nightmare. Ended up at a nearby laundromat to redo 3 loads. Washers didn't spin out water and dryers won't dry.

I booked this based on being on a budget and didn’t fully appreciate the budget-ness once I was there. There are many signs around the unit on what guests are expected to do. One was to turn the AC off when leaving, which I get for saving on electric costs. That however resulted in the unit being 87 degrees with a musty smell when I arrived – not a welcome feeling. Another was “If you use it, please replace it." It was very obvious a prior guest had gotten the soap low and decided to “fill it back up” with water because it ran out like water and wasn’t very sudsy. As a guest with a high cleaning fee, basics should be provided at no expectation for guests to buy. There are amenities like a pool and laundry, but not actual directions on where it is (said “Bayview” which I had no idea what that meant?) I Google Earth'd to find the pool. There is a requirement as well to wash the towels/sheets – via community PAID laundry room – after charging a high cleaning fee. A prior guest had washed the bathroom towels in bleach so the aesthetic of using gray turned light pink/white towels all week was meh. Pros: Location, cost, good Wifi, big screen TV, having access to a kitchen, quiet neighborhood For a budget it’s great and I’d give it a 5/5 for budget-ness, but for me personally, I was wishing I had stayed at a hotel as having to pay to do laundry and worry about replacing things like soap isn't worth it while on a vacation.

Our stay was marvelous! The condo was clean, had a convenient layout with well stocked kitchen. The pool area was nice and close and had well manicured landscaping.. We met super nice people at the complex and site-seeing within walking distance to old town Scottsdale. We would rebook again when back in the area. Close to both Phx airports.

Great location, but you get what you pay for.
The location and the pools are great for this property. The condo was very affordable and had a low cleaning fee. I understand why! The condo is in desperate need of a deep clean! Their were crumbs all over the couch, and on the floors. Don’t look under the bed either! Yikes! And we had to make our bed up?! We didn’t have WiFi during our whole stay and the TV’s didn’t work as well. I messaged the owner who tried to get someone to come and fix it, but it all still never ended up working for our stay.

Perfect location and property! Right next to fashion square and very close to nearby hikes. Fits 2 people very well and was spacious. Pool was nice and area was always quiet. Kitchen was all that was needed and had good appliances. Great stay!

Perfect stay for short term or long term!
I don't usually write reviews for the places I stay at, but this place was such an amazing home away from home! I stayed for 10 weeks for an internship and the place was so clean, cozy, modern, and the location was close to everything that you could need! Ken was such a gracious host and responded to any of my questions or issues with unit very quickly and reliably so I had nothing to worry about. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay at his property.

Stayed at the condo for a long weekend. The place and neighborhood are nice and we enjoyed our stay. Great location- we were able to walk to most everywhere we wanted to go. What kept me from giving 5 stars was the cleaning expectations set by the host. During our stay, we were expected to wash all sheets and towels in the coin operated laundry prior to leaving. This interrupted our plans on our last night in town. Also, when we arrived, the sheets were not clean.

Overall we had a good experience. The unit is in a very quiet area which was great! It was clean and comfortable. We arrived late Sunday night and were not able to get in with the code provided by the owner. We called Ken and the local contact we were given but neither one answered or called us back so at midnight we had to go find another place to stay. The next morning we got a call from the local contact who gave us a new code that worked. The owner requests guests wash bedding, towels and dishes, vacuum and sweep before leaving but also collects a cleaning fee. If guests are expected to clean I don’t feel it is right to charge this fee.

Thanks for the review and sorry again for the fix up on the lock we are fixing this by putting in a hub system so that we have direct access to the locks and it will be easier for everybody, please feel free to book again if you are ever coming back.
