The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, though a bit small, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Next to the sea which was a bonus as well!

All receptions stuff were excellent a good example Mr. Corcomas was kind enough to help me change the room because of upstairs noises and he actually offered me a free breakfast for the rest of my stay instead of refunding me for a lower rate room which was a very excellent choice. The porters were amazing and beyond belief especially Muhmet. Planning your trip and having the best offers from the hotels public relations was an excellent idea and the person who made it possible for us right from the beginning of our transfer to our hotel till the very end of our travel his name is Bilal Waziry he was kind enough to give us the best offers for the land of legends and other tourists attractions, he’s very flexible person intelligent and calm for any uncomfortable situation to be solved. To be honest I cannot find any reason for me not to stay at the Crowne Plaza beautiful atmosphere beautiful design lovely seen to wake up in the morning but the only thing that would make me think twice to stay there is the noises that comes from The Roof club? And still as soon as you pick up the phone to complain about it the club will be informed and you will hear the difference so my compliments to The Crowne Plaza team Management.

The hotel was nice and clean, right by the beach. Beautiful view from the small balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Large swimming pool. I liked the rooftop restaurant - the atmosphere there was really nice, with a great view, live music, and cocktails. The rooms need some updates, though. Also, when we arrived at the hotel, no staff came to greet us or help with our luggage. That said, I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza Antalya Hotel, Staff are amazing nice very helpful, and very welcoming, they deliver to our room platter of fruit at our arrival, and a big cake few days after to celebrate our marriage anniversary and also breakfast take away on our departure day as we left early in the morning, the hotel has a splendid on the sea and swimming pool. We enjoyed jacuzzi in our room it was a very nice surprise as we didn't know before our arrival. Definitely we do all we can to come back with our kids. Thank you for everything.

Excellent location and beautiful lounge and reception are. Sea facing and good area to enjoy good walks. Rim, the Manager was very helpful and arranged a tour for us within a short time. Negatives are the bathroom was very old and needs refurbishment. Vegetarian options in breakfast buffet were limited, expected some cakes and muffins, Also, it was not a pleasant experience seeing cats running around the breakfast restaurant area.

The Mountain View’s and the beach was the best aspect of the hotel. The hotel itself seemed a bit dated. My worst experience about the hotel was the heat upon entering the building. The heat hits you and there is no air conditioning in the foyer/reception. The AC was also not good in the room. I had to call for an engineer who replaced the filter but even then it wasn’t as cool as one would expect. Food was mediocre. It would have been nice if there was a buffet option and if dinner could be served beyond 9pm.

Hotel is very convenient area with the beach right across the street. There is an underground tunnel from that takes you to the beach if crossing is an issue. Room is comfy and the view of the beach is beautiful. The girl at the travel desk was also extremely helpful. She did a good job explaining to us all the nice areas and which areas to avoid due to being a tourist trap. She also spoke arabic and gave us good instructions on how to use taxi services in the area. Overall great hotel and good staff. Although the food could be a bit better since it can be pretty bland at times especially the dinner options. Breakfast was better with many options to choose from. Overall would give it 9/10 experience.

Nice hotel despite bar music nearby

I stayed at the Grand Plaza and was genuinely impressed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an elegant interior and a wide range of facilities—including even a hairdresser on-site. Everything inside the hotel was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The highlight for me was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly and truly made my stay enjoyable. One standout moment was when I returned my hire car and a concierge kindly collected it for me at the car park, which I thought was a lovely touch. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, was the noise from a nearby bar. Loud music played until around 1 a.m., which could be a disturbance for light sleepers. Perhaps some additional soundproofing could help in the future. That said, if you can tolerate a bit of nighttime noise, this is a fantastic hotel with top-tier service. I’d definitely recommend it, especially thanks to the wonderful team working there.
