Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
