The rooms are absolutely amazing and very spacious. Breakfast is à la carte so not much choice - however the suites are lovely - we stayed in the garden view emilie suite. It was very large, has a heated jacuzzi style pool (but it takes a long time to cool down/heat up), the shower and sauna are lovely and the smell in the corridor is divine! It is very centrally located, right near the ferry port and station. The hotels in the area are not great, so if you can, definitely worth splurging on the...

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! The property is just beautiful and everywhere is spotless with great attention to detail.
Everyone was so kind. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is really impressive, with freshly cooked options and lots to choose from on the buffet. When we left our car had a flat tyre and they could not have been more helpful.

Fantastically situated hotel in the heart of the old town. Views over the lake are wonderful. Staff are kind and welcoming, we were looked after extremely well. We loved our breakfast each morning which was always freshly prepared. Morning pastries were a particular treat. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a lovely, private view over the lake. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This is our second visit to Opera Relais de Charme and it's been another full ratings visit.
The appartment is so close to the main points of interest. Also in a restriced area for most car traffic.
We used the train to visit Lake Garda and with an all day ticket travelled via hyrofoil to explore many towns. Take to the mountains via cable car.
Look down from 1,790 metres to the lake. You can train from Verona to Venice or Milan.
When we visit again we plan to use Verona airport. It's not ...

Quirky hotel in a great location between the Arena and Juliet’s balcony.
My single room was spacious with everything I needed. The bed was definitely bigger than a single! The welcome drink was a nice touch on arrival.
Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety of hot and cold food. The hotel was very busy though!

This hotel is not far from most of the major sights of Verona. The Roman Ponte Pietra is outside the front door, the Duomo is round the corner on the left, St Anastasia on the right. A short stroll takes you to the Teatro Romano and the superb treasures of St Maria in Organo. Just a touch further you're in Piazza del Erbe. Nothing is too far away, including good restaurants. The view from room 602 (Mini-Suite) was jaw dropping and enhanced by the cloudless blue sky, mill pond view of the lake and a backdrop of the mountains with snow caps.
Hotel staff were exceptional in their attention to detail from the staff at reception and throughout the facility to the unsung heroes who ensured our stay was without any low points.
Beautiful room which was of an exeptional standard which wanted for nothing.

Although not on the lake front the hotel is very close to the town (less than 5 minutes walk). From the imbarcadero most of the rest of the lake can be reached (managed to get to Riva del Garda, Limone sul Garda, Salo and Sirmione during my stay). The train station is also close make trips to other towns such as Verona and Mantua very accessible.

A lovely grandma, very friendly dad and a beautiful daughter are managing this place, which make it you feel being at home. The place is very clean and quiet, so you would get enough rest.
Since it is a bit of distance with the lake and surroundings, better to have car. The rooms are not very sound proof, so if you are a noisy one, please don't disturb this nice family!
The breakfast is excellent, with lots of welcoming and good mood, which makes your day!

What a great little hotel. Doesn’t look much from outside but my room was modern and spotless. Really comfy room and perfect for travelling with my pet. Short walk to the centra and excellent aircon. Brilliant if travelling by train as it super close to the train station. Dog was allowed in breakfast room and the breakfast was great

Different people will require different things from their hotel; research is key.
I read up that this hotel was within the courtyard of the 'Balcony of Juliet' and that it would be busy downstairs, and that there was no dining room so breakfast would be served in room. Google maps showed that it is fairly central in the old part of the city.
The entrance hall is deceiving as to what awaits; rooms look out either over the street towards the Piazza delle Erbe (as mine did), or over the Juliet...

Great hotel definitely deserves more than a two star rating. Absolutely spotless, staff were so lovely and welcoming, great location, and breakfast was spot on my son especially enjoyed the kids corner. We stayed in the main hotel in a family room and it was so much bigger than expected. Can not fault this hotel whatsoever and can’t wait to return.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which area of Peschiera del Garda, Veneto, Italy is best to stay in for convenient parking?
For convenient parking in Peschiera del Garda, the outskirts just outside the fortified historic centre are generally the best choice. Areas around Catullo, Porta Brescia, and Campo Sportivo are particularly good, as they often feature larger free or low-cost parking lots, all within a short walk of the charming old town.
If your priority is practicality and ease of access, staying near the train station (Stazione area) is ideal, especially if you plan to utilise trains or buses for your travels. Alternatively, the Campo Sportivo / Catullo area is great if free parking is your main concern, allowing you to easily stroll into the town centre. It's wise to avoid relying on the limited blue-zone parking within the old town walls, especially during the busy summer months, as spaces are often scarce and smaller.
For couples or families travelling by car, booking accommodation just outside the old town walls, yet still within easy walking distance to the centre, is the most sensible strategy.
