"Nice sized room with comfortable bed. Large lobby woth good staff. No ac if thats is important to you. In general the room was clean but in did have some large stains on the room rug and dusty curtains. Staff was great and very helpful."

"Lovely big clean room, nice bathroom. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice but hot food was really not very warn. Friendly, helpful staff. Brilliant central location"

Richmond Park Hotel

"We booked a ground floor twin room in the annex for five nights. It was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. I lost my phone and the cleaners helped me find it which I was grateful for. The room was kept clean and lots of fresh towels everyday. The beds were small singles but were comfy and we slept fine in them. The restaurant was handy and the meals were good. We would return to this hotel."

Carnoustie Golf Hotel

"Lovely view from room 208, a couple of giggled about cleaning. Already let them know and all staff were fabulous. Breakfast was really good, evening dinner was very good. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Although I would class our Room 208 as superior (as described) fancy coffee machine and a lovely view, does not make it superior. All in all a great stay,"

The Stirling Highland Hotel

"I stayed for 3 nights while attending my sons university graduation. I loved the location of this property a quick walk away from Church of the Holyrood and Stirling Castle. The walk into the city center is 5 minutes downhill. The hotel is located in an old School house so I was fascinated by the building. There is no air conditioning in the rooms so it was a bit warm at nights but that was not unexpected. The meals in the restaurant were excellent."

Mercure Perth Hotel

"Not as nice as some other Mercure hotels I have stayed at. Bit disappointing that you had to pay to park there and the room seemed a bit on the small side."

Stirling Court Hotel

"The Stirling Court hotel on the university of Stirling Campus was a quiet location. It was a good restaurant even if some of the staff seem rather brusque because we were late . I had left without my phone to walk round the loch so was unable to call them. I apologies several times but the person didn't hear she had broken record syndrome and just kept saying you should have called if you were going to be late. I almost gave your table away. I noted throughout the meal there were several empty tables so not clear who she was going to give the table to!! Apart from the restaurant incident it was a pleasant stay."

Ballathie House Hotel

"Our overall experience of this hotel was great. Highlights were: the amazing food we had for dinner. A great deal of effort in both flavours and presentation ensured that every course was delicious. The food looked high-end and the service was excellent. The dining room is also beautiful, tasteful and full of character. The hotel itself is lovely, charming and characterful, with lots of landscaped grounds for our wee dog to explore. Our room (in the Riverside building) was comfortable and well-appointed, and had a balcony with a view of the River Tay. The room (and this building) was a little tired, but the hotel made us aware of their intentions to renovate, so this can be forgiven, and is more than made up for by the fantastic attitude of the staff, who were friendly and attentive, and the incredible food. We will definitely visit again."
