Newhill Granary is a luxurious and stylish duplex property ideal for a special break away which provides the comforts of home in a stunning location close to Edinburgh, Gleneagles and St. Andrews. It is only 4 miles from Kinross which gives excellent motorway access. It extends to 140 sq. metres and is beautifully furnished. The separate ensuite super king bedroom has high quality White Company bedding and towels. There is a large separate sitting room with large television (with Sky and Netflix), a small balcony, and work area. The Granary also has a gorgeous double jacuzzi bathroom. The large entrance hall has a grand piano. The kitchen/dining area provides a very large space, with a very well equipped kitchen and a dining table to seat 10 people. There is access to a private sun terrace with large hot tub, loungers and a table with chairs. The property is a converted former granary and is located in a delightful rural setting but only 2 miles from local shops. It is perfect for walking and cycling. The Granary has a small private loch, for tranquility and picnics.
