Views are just breathtaking and its very tranquil and relaxing. Lodge have all needed for a comfortable stay, nice bedrooms, large bathroom, lovely open plan living area. Properly was clean but had few broken bits. Manager was not available, so we had to self check in and self check out. We have a 2 year old and felt it was very safe for him to run around and with the doors open to the decking too. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and we will definitely be booking again. So peaceful and quiet, not far to a local shop, we also enjoyed a nice takeaway meal from Kinross who delivered to the lodge. Scenery is absolutely stunning and so peaceful. Café is quite expensive so I’d recommend exploring the local villages and towns near by. Inside the lodge was infested with spiders/nests on the ceilings and walls due to not being deep cleaned properly, cobwebs all over the ceilings, walls, windows and doors. The oven had not been cleaned out after the last guest, with dirty tin foil still in the tray. It clearly had not been checked. The other big note was that the blinds in the main bedroom were COATED with dead bugs and flies upon being rolled down. The place was generally grubby, during a pandemic this was worrying.
