Room was big, clean and comfy but lacked any sanitary disposal in the bathroom. Restaurant was separate to hotel and was good value. Breakfast was very nice

We arrived with a little dog and wanted a room where we could have access for doggy stuff, and Lee the manager changed our room straight away with no fuss. He was really friendly, helpful, and knowledgable of the area. The room was quiet and convenient.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were friendly. There was a good selection of breakfast choices in the morning. The room was modern and well kept. It was in a good location next to the shops.

Woke up went for breakfast and the hotel was all locked up. We had to come out the fire exit. No sign of life so no breakfast. We had told them 9 o’clock as they didn’t want to get up too early on a Sunday. But obviously slept in. 😡

Quaint but affordable. Comfortable and clean. The staff make the place. So welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious. Hats off to the lady chef, my homemade burger was excellent. Dog friendly, Freya enjoyed her stay. Peaceful area yet close enough to Dundee.

Greatly located little hotel in a gorgeous area. Rooms ok. Owner is nice. Good breakfast. Night meal a bit on pricey side but worth it as portions are super generous. Recommend.

Parking was easy enough at back of hotel, albeit in a public car park, and there was space at the entrance to load/unload luggage ...

Extremely friendly pub and was made to feel ver welcome. The only down side was they didn't do breakfast.

A delightful hotel. Been hugely updated since last stay. Lovely bedroom and shower room. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Large choice of breakfast but understand just been sold to a new owner!

we liked ninety five percent of our stay,it was just the dark room we were not keen on allthough it was fine in ever other way.
