This a lovely welcoming home in a beautiful natural rural location. The bedroom (and the whole house) was very comfortable with antique furniture and a nice collection of antique nick nacks and art. The mattress on our bed was on the firm side which may not suit everybody. All in all it was a very nice change from the usual utilitarian spaces. The owner is very thoughtful and responsive, and the breakfast choices were healthy fresh and delicious.

I was staying in the hotel just before heading back down to Manchester on Saturday (I didn't want to travel Friday evening). I've got to say this is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I really couldn't fault anything (maybe the wifi in the evening). I stayed for evening meal and that was absolutely fantastic food.
