"Car park was fully open contrary to several emails stating it was closed prior to our stay which almost caused me to cancel. Staff were lovely/ really friendly. Remote for tv was missing but was found and returned. (Unfortunately batteries were dead rendering it useless). Lovely bar area and food ..."
