"We stayed here for a wedding and were incredibly impressed with the location, rooms, facilities and especially the excellent staff. The hotel provided five star customer service with a fantastic friendly and efficient check in on the 20th, not sure of her name (possibly Magda?). Every other member of staff we encountered, also provided exceptional service, from the breakfast concierge to the cleaning team The room was enormous with an excellent bathroom, sliding doors and balcony table, and a wonderful fan which was perfect for a super hot day. If staying in the vicinity of Llandudno or Conwy I would 100% pay the extra and stay here again. The location is amazing and although we did not use the spa, it is amazing that this is free at certain times to hotel guests. I simply could not find even the tiniest negative thing to say so would give this hotel 100/100."
