"Been traveling for a year now. Hundreds of motels. This is the closest to like being home. Very comfortable. Daughter brought some food over so we could have dinner. Went downstairs and they gave me a box full of plates and bowls and cups and all the things we needed. The front desk people are amazingly kind and helpful."
"The property itself was great! Clean, comfortable, nice and helpful staff! Decent breakfast too.
The parking garage is across the street, there are no carts to haul your luggage through a parking garage, down an alley across the street to check in on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. Quite inconvenient and sooo many sketchy, drugged out weirdos in that area. It’s sad to see Colorado Springs go downhill. "

"We loved staying at Phillip’s place for a week! Check-in was a breeze and the home was exactly as pictured in the listing. Finding a place with enough beds for our family proved tricky, but Phillip’s house was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything to cook your meals just like at home. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The whole place is very cozy and it feels more like you’re staying with family than some sterile new construction or a hotel. For the price and size, it can not be beat!"
"Manager was very helpful in everything we asked of her - from helping us figure out how to use the TV to restaurant suggestions. She even volunteered to park our car in a tight spot. She more than made up for the “datedness” of the motel. "
"The house (both levels) accommodated my adult family of 7 well. Nice to have a kitchen table that we could all sit at together for meals and games.Location was central to all things Colorado Springs. Communication with the owner/manager was prompt and attentive. Small details in the home were perfect for anticipating needs. Example - ample space to hang bathroom towels, place luggage, charge electronics, etc. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and other supplies for a four day or more stay. We brought a Doberman with us and he had room to run in the backyard and we went on several walks/runs where we felt safe. Would recommend."
