"Nice facility"

"From the first interaction the staff wasn't able to show me where the restrooms were. The accommodation was billed 3 times, though we were assured this would be fixed immediately - 24 hours later we are still waiting to see the money in our account ! The restaurant could only offer 7 out of about 30 items on the menu! Apparently they were changing their menu, but in a very unprofessional way ! We chose the hamburger, it took forever to arrive at the table, even though we were the only customers. The burger was tough and very dry and I had to ASK for some sauce !! We should have been offered the meal for free !!! In fact we were overcharged for the evening meal, and reception confirmed that the restsurant always overcharged, and then refunded the overcharge. Still waiting........ The first thing we heard early this morning was a dog barking and barking and children screaming. The only positive thing about our stay was that the beds were comfortable ! This was NOT what we were expecting and not of the professional standard we are accustomed to. Oh, and we are STILL WAITING for the refunds."

"We had a clean room with a very comfortable bed. We were able to comfortably visit with family in the suite, which was great. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I was surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking. One elevator was out of order, which slowed the other one down because everyone had to use just one. We liked the location. It was easy to get to the highway."

"I had a pleasant stay at Spark Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went well during my visit, and the overall experience was positive. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, as it would benefit from a greater variety of options. Other than that, everything was great, and I would consider staying aguinaldo."

"Upon arriving at the hotel we had some preconceived concern's but all that all went away when we arrived. The outside was clean and well maintained. The inside likewise. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Even the guest mostly were pleasant and chatty. The room was clean and well maintained. The shower was glass inclosed and had great water pressure and temp. The beds are very comfortable. The room was very quiet during our 3 night stay with the exception of some littles ones having a great time on their vacation but after 10 pm we didn’t hear anything concerning. Breakfast was OKAY. Your typical set up but it did the trick. Location is good. Short drive to anything you may need in shopping or dining. We felt comfortable and safe at this location. Pikes peak and Garden of the gods are a must see…beautiful. Tip: 1. Don’t gas up at connivence store down the street of hotel. Prices are more reasonable away from hotels. 2. An ice chest will be helpful, especially if you have kids to keep drinks in. And chapstick too. 3. The drive to the Summit of Pikes peak is no joke. If you're not comfortable with a few hair-pin turns, high on a mountain, then there is a train that takes you up as well. Also, bring warm clothes incase a brief bout of freezing weather come as it did when we were there. Some people only had t-shirts and shorts on when the temps dropped below 40 degrees with sleet and gusty cold winds. The views are amazing though."

"Room was very clean comfortable bed could have been more comfortable but wasn't bad ,coffee was great!very comfortable environment beautiful scenery we loved it the staff was wonderful called me later after check out and told me they found something I had left very thankful they could have kept it but didn't thanks for being so honest"
