It gave us a break from the busy downtown after long days of travel and seeing the city. The garden is an amazing part of the stay! Minutes away, there were grocery stores and Margo provided a lovely greeting basket that gave us things to enjoy after getting off a long flight. Awesome experience!"

"Great location, less than 5 minutes from Waverley station. A Central Hotel to access the delights of Edinburgh. Rooms clean and spacious for the 2 of us. Comfy beds! Lifts were our only issue. You need your room card to swipe the floor number in lift. Sometimes they worked sometimes they didnt and as we dont like lifts caused some anxiety! Only issue we had. Would recommend for a getaway. Easy to locate along Princes Street opposite monument and gardens."

"El personal fue muy amable y atento,les recomiendo el restaurante tiene muy buen menú y creo que si lo comparas con otros del área es asequible en el precio.lo que sí recomendaría es poner una rampa para poder llegar al lobby del hotel ya que cuando entras al hotel te encuentras con unas escaleras que tienes que subir las maletas ya que no tienen maleteros,después descubrí que tienes una rampa desde el parqueo del hotel,pero si no vienes con carro te toca cargar las maletas,las muchachas del lobby quisieron ayudar,pero a uno le da pena que una mujer cargue por ti."

"The hotel is located well and I would stay here again if I needed to but would probably choose to try another hotel next time I’m in Edinburgh. The room was serviceable, quite small with little storage and the view was a fire exit stairs ( we spend most of our time out and about so not a massive issue ). My partner felt let down that the cleaning staff came to make up the room late in the afternoon after we had been out all day and we were about to start to get ready for a dinner reservation. Getting seated and served in the bar was initially easy but depending on the staff it was sometimes hard to order another round or get the bill."
