"I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches."

"We had a truly memorable stay at this charming lakeside hotel, where the direct access to the water added a serene and picturesque touch to the experience. Breakfast offered everything you could want to start the day off right, including freshly cooked eggs and omelettes made to order—always a nice touch. The hotel’s restaurants were a highlight, with gourmet dishes presented artfully and tasting just as amazing as they looked. The only downside was the air conditioning in the bedroom, which struggled to cool effectively and made falling asleep a bit difficult during warmer nights. With such high standards elsewhere, we hope this gets resolved soon. The pool area was spotless, with fresh towels always available and plenty of staff to ensure everything ran smoothly. The pool bar was another delightful feature, offering great service and a wide selection of drinks that kept us refreshed all afternoon. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a small caveat. We'd happily return, and maybe pack a mini fan just in case "
